1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back to us.

3. Refund & Exchange

  • Refund Method: Refunds for COD orders will be processed using the agreed methods.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will process it based on stock availability.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Order Refusal & Non-Acceptance

  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders without valid reasons may be restricted from future COD purchases.
  • If an order is not accepted upon delivery without prior notice, the customer may be required to pay for the delivery cost.
